Come, enjoy a two-day learning experience for brewhouse operators and craft brewers at the historic Rocky Mount Mills. “Milling and Mashing” is designed to teach seasoned professionals the fine details and differences that result from the best selection of raw materials, equipment, and development of recipes and operation.

Included: Attendees will enjoy dinner and a beer tasting on Friday evening,and breakfast and lunch on Saturday. Workshop handbook and meals included in conference registration.
