We have scheduled sealing and striping of all asphalt areas on campus to tentatively occur weather permitting Tuesday April 16 (upper lots and driveways in yellow) and the lower lot and driveways (blue) Wednesday April 17.
Tuesday April 16: Upper Lot/Yellow Shaded Areas
- Prep, sealing and striping will take place in the upper lot and driveways (yellow) all will be blocked off with cones/barricades. Anticipated to re-open for parking 6pm.
- All residential tenants will need to park/move cars in the upper lot (yellow) after 6pm and before 10pm.
- All retail tenants please make sure staff are aware and park in the lower (blue) lot. Please utilize your social media outlets to make customers aware they will need to park in the lower lot (blue) through 6pm.
- All retail tenants please make vendors/suppliers aware the upper lot (yellow) will be closed coordinate deliveries for another day.
- All commercial tenants please make staff, and any scheduled visitors are aware they will need to park in the lower (blue) lot through 6pm.
- Anticipated normal use/parking after 6pm upper lot (yellow).
ANY REMAINING VEHICLES PARKED IN THE LOWER LOT (BLUE) WILL BE TOWED AT THE OWNERS EXPENSE AFTER 11PM.
